Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are checked and prepared for dispatch within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery takes 8-15 business days.

Total time from order to doorstep: roughly 2 to 4 weeks.

Climbing Claus ships from our overseas fulfilment partner, which is how we keep him at $24.98 rather than the $50+ you would pay in a store. It does mean he takes a little longer to arrive, so please order with that in mind, especially close to Christmas.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the option you choose. Rates start at $10. International rates are quoted live by the carrier at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. International tracking can take 3-5 days to show its first scan, and may go quiet for several days while the parcel is in transit between countries. This is normal and does not mean it is lost.
